Graduate Partnerships Coordinator

 

Responsibilities:

    • Manage communications between PLTV and our graduate partner organizations 
    • Develop relationships with graduate student organizations 
    • Explore opportunities for partnership development and organizational collaboration 
    • Facilitate event opportunities for graduate student outreach (ie Grad Fair)
    • Develop coordinated graduate student outreach plan
    • Assist with other duties as they arise within the organization 
    • Assist in logistics at PLTV events 
    • Support the Partnerships Coordinator in completing their responsibilities

Requirements:

    • Enrolled in a graduate program at Penn
    • Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills 
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
    • Interest in voter and civic engagement
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, team, and organizational skills
    • Ability to complete high priority tasks on a tight deadline
    • Robust problem solving skills 
    • Demonstrated experience with grant-writing and fundraising is a plus
    • Free for meetings on Tuesday after 6pm

Event Coordinator

Responsibilities: 

    • Planning for all PLTV events: tabling, events with partner organizations, and larger events for registration and election day
    • Working with the Programming Coordinator for all logistics for all events 
    • Working with Field Organizer in gathering and managing volunteers for events 
    • Manage communication with other organizations for event partnerships
    • Assist with other duties as they arise within the organization

Requirements: 

    • Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills 
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
    • Interest in voter and civic engagement
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, team, and organizational skills
